First a message from Traci Gaunt Dave the Dog’s owner.

Thanks to Sneyd Striders making myself and 'Dave the dog' so welcome my times and overall performance have improved massively, so much so that we qualified for Crufts 2008 in the Cani-x event. (running with your dog which is mainly cross country) Were we came second. Also we made selection for the European Open in Hungary, October 2009. May day at Stonehenge 4 mile cross country we came 4th overall, but First in our category. Special Thanks to Marg and the Thursday night crew.

Many Thanks Traci and Dave the Dog.

We also had a mystery guest at the Staffs Knot 5. Sid Stridder is notoriously camera shy so could this be him hiding amongst this group picture?

Stan had some problems with his bike losing a few spokes on route. He gives this as the reason for his disappointing time. For you to decide how much of a factor this was I include a photo of the winner’s bike.
