As you know Sid’s been looking for a PB for 10K for some time now.

It didn’t seem like he was going to do it in the Blishwell 10k especially when a toilet stop became necessary and he had to nip over the fence into a field.

Unfortunately (or fortunately as it turned out) the field was full of very potent stinging nettles.
